LeBron James Isn’t Better than Jordan and he will Never be.

You know my titles are normally questions, so when they are statements you know I’m passionate about it. LeBron James being better than Micheal Jordan is almost laughable when you really look at it.

People CONSTANTLY bring up the fact that James surpasses Jordan in categories such as: field goal percentage, rebounds, and assists. In other words mainly statistics. Let me tell you why all this is not that impressive. One reason is the difference in positions. James at the small forward position is likely to be banging down low a bit more than a shooting guard like Jordan. James is also two inches taller than Jordan and built like a greek god. Not to say this is something that should go against James in this argument, but the fact of the matter is James’ body type and position makes it easy for one to realize why he SHOULD be bigger, and therefore is very likely to grab more rebounds. Speaking of positions, Jordan a natural scorer played the vast majority of his career at the shooting guard position, while occasionally sliding to the point guard position. James on the other hand has spent ample time at the power forward position, and even in some small ball situations has played center from time to time. A player that plays small forward, power forward and center is supposed to average more rebounds, and have a higher field goal percentage. The…
